Our Service Model

You and your team will have a dedicated point of contact each for payroll, benefits, and general HR (employee relations, compliance issues, unemployment claims, etc.).  You’ll have direct phone and email contact information for these specialists, which avoids call centers and group emails.  In turn, this avoids delays and frustration for you and your team.  Instead, you get questions answered as quickly as possible so you can stay focused on running and growing your organization. 

Flexible Healthcare Options

Our unique approach to health benefits allows us to make sure you’re getting the absolute best coverage options for your money.  We can provide options for you to consider or you may choose to continue plans through your current benefit broker relationship.  

  • You aren’t limited to only the plans we offer through a single carrier
  • We still do all the heavy lifting regarding enrollment, answering employee questions, handling carrier dispute resolutions, etc.  
  • Flexibility – you may keep the health plans you already have in place or any updated plans we implement together, even if you decide to leave our PEO services at some point in the future

We are Certified

Certified PEO (CPEO) is a special designation from the IRS that shows HCC has met their rigorous standards for financial responsibility, trustworthiness, and accurate reporting.  HCC was one of the first PEO’s in the country to obtain this certification.

  • Fewer than one of every ten PEOs have taken these steps to meet and maintain the status of a Certified PEO
  • Protects HCC PEO clients by explicitly stating that we are solely liable for wages paid to worksite employees
  • Eliminates the potential for double taxation of FICA and FUTA taxes when a business enters a PEO relationship during the calendar year
  • Allows HCC to pass through to clients certain federal tax credits they earn, such as WOTC, R&D, or ERC
  • Establishes requirements that tax payments to the IRS be audited to their timeliness and accuracy

Our Guarantee

With our new client guarantee, we mitigate your risk inherent with a change like this.  If you determine, at any point in the first 90 days of using our services, that HCC isn’t the right partner for your company, you may cancel our agreement.  In addition, we’ll refund 50% of any administrative fees you’ve paid up to that point.  Finally, we’ll actively help you with the transition to another provider.  While we’ve never had a client exercise this option, we offer it to demonstrate how confident we are in our ability to deliver what we promise.
