Rachel Williams

Benefits Coordinator

Rachel Williams joined HCC as a Payroll Coordinator and migrated to the Benefits team.  She has an Associates Degree in Office Administration. She has varied experience in customer service including social services (Vocational Rehabilitation) and higher education (Financial Aid). Rachel’s attention to detail and top-notch customer relationships are just some of the qualities that brought her to HCC. She also knows how to see things from a business owner’s perspective, as she and her husband previously owned and operated a metaphysical store in Richmond, Indiana. While maintaining the store, they organized an annual Zombie Walk to collect canned goods for a local food drive. They set records for the largest donation from one group in the area.

Rachel was born in Dayton, Ohio, but has lived in Richmond, Indiana since 2006. Her husband is also a member of an 80’s rock cover band. She and her husband live in a house on the property of a local cemetery, have 2 dogs and 2 cats and enjoy traveling, growing their own food, and producing and selling locally harvested maple syrup “Cemetery Gates”.
