Jeff Hallam

Vice President Business Development

Jeff Hallam is HCC’s Vice President of Business Development. Jeff has over 30 years of experience, including stops at ADP, two smaller PEOs, and starting/running two of his own companies. With his Midwest background and industry knowledge, he provides the tools needed to successfully launch HCC’s entry into the Nashville market.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Butler University.

Originally from Logansport, Indiana, Jeff enjoys playing golf, church activities, and coaching youth sports. He is the proud father of four sons and the coolest grandson ever. Jeff and his wife Barb live in Fishers, Indiana.
