Kelly Kenny

VP of HR Consulting

Kelly Kenny, PHR, SHRM-CP is Vice President of HR Consulting with HCC. In her role, Kelly manages numerous clients of all sizes, handling many aspects of their HR needs with an emphasis on employee relations and mitigating risks. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Lake Forest College.

Kelly is no stranger to consulting, having spent time as a consultant at a law firm and over fifteen years in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry in Human Resources. Her diverse background has fostered a variety of talents (including tall tales) that can be utilized for many engagements. Kelly is a big believer of fun in the workplace and supports initiatives for the employer of choice and positive corporate culture while maintaining compliance.

In her “spare” time, she has traveled to over fifteen countries and three continents where she enjoys interacting with the locals and learning more about the diversity of those regions. Kelly is happily married, and her proudest role is being a mother to their three children.
