Katie Kothe

Operations Coordinator

Katie Kothe, SHRM-CP, serves as the Operations Coordinator for HCC.  She holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University and has over 12 years of experience in many aspects of the PEO industry. Originally from Indiana, Katie moved to Nashville, Tennessee to begin her career, then returned to the Indianapolis area in 2016. She really enjoys working for an organization of people who care about each other and work hard together to be the very best.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and rescue pup named Bo.  Much of their time is spent actively outdoors, traveling, trying new restaurants, or enjoying time with extended family.
