HCC Adds PEO Operations Expert for Increased Client Support

Human Capital Concepts (HCC), a Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO) is excited to announce the addition of PEO operations expert Victoria Fougere. Victoria joins HCC after spending the last six years in the PEO industry with Oasis/Paychex, formerly Century II.

Victoria explained her thoughts behind becoming part of the HCC team by saying, “I really missed having a work family. I’m impressed with what a wonderful family/team HCC is and how everyone truly cares about one another and works together to achieve the best outcome for the client. Client satisfaction is important to me and I felt that was lost being with a large corporation.”
