Kathy Smith
Senior Benefits Coordinator
Kathy is a Sr. Benefit Coordinator for HCC. She has been with HCC since 2012 and has a total of 13 years of PEO experience. Kathy enjoys the technical part of the benefits department which involves setting up clients’ benefit plans and training for each new system update. She is great at sharing her knowledge and is an incredibly compassionate listener, to both clients and her co-workers. She also moonlights as the HR Representative for several smaller clients.
Kathy is married to Keith and has lived in Connersville, Indiana her entire life. They have two adult daughters and 2 grandchildren. She loves traveling (anyplace warm) and vows to one day retire and work part-time cleaning oceanfront properties or working at a tiki bar on the beach. She also enjoys live concerts (Bob Seger) and Peanuts (especially Snoopy).
