Kara Mitchell
Benefits Coordinator
Kara is a Benefits Coordinator and Compliance Officer for HCC. She is super creative and is always looking at different ways to solve problems that arise. Her previous career experience includes 10 years of medical registration, insurance entry, and physician office supervision. It was a natural fit for her to join HCC as a Benefits Coordinator.
Kara is married to Michael and they have 4 children. In her “spare” time, she volunteers in her children’s classrooms and various other community organizations and is always looking for ways to help others. Her sense of humor is a delight, but no matter how hard she tries, she cannot hide the heart of gold underneath. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling and would love to someday have a llama/alpaca farm.
