Beth Williams
Benefits Coordinator
Beth is a Benefits Coordinator for HCC. Her main goal is ensuring that each employee she serves feels like they matter to HCC. Insurance can be a confusing thing for employees and she loves explaining things and helping clients navigate the twists and turns. Beth’s employment experience has included higher education, pharmaceuticals, project management, customer service, tech support, and formerly owned a small theatre company in Indianapolis. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Business Communications from Jones International University.
Beth’s main role is that of a single mom to three amazing humans, two shih-tzus, and three cats. She enjoys creative writing, making music of all kinds, and taking last-minute trips to different states. Beth is passionate about arts education in schools, adoption, animal welfare, and domestic-violence prevention and education.
